Pep Boys is proud to celebrate the grand opening of its service center at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story in Virginia Beach, VA. The location, previously operated under the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM), is now officially part of the Pep Boys network -- one of several service centers being transitioned and rebranded under the company’s new contract with NEXCOM.
Through this contract, Pep Boys will operate 14 automotive and tire service centers located on Navy bases nationwide, continuing its legacy of supporting those who serve. Each location will be rebranded under the Pep Boys name and equipped to provide the same high-quality care and expertise customers have come to expect for more than a century.
The new JEB Little Creek service center features updated facilities, advanced equipment, and ASE-certified technicians ready to help military personnel, retirees, and their families stay on the road safely. With this milestone, Pep Boys continues its long-standing tradition of service, reliability, and community commitment -- values that have defined the company since its founding in 1921.
