Listed pricing excludes vehicles that require upgraded towing/service equipment due to body damage or additional external equipment, trucks with dual rear wheels, non-light duty vehicles, and vehicles with Gross Vehicle Weight Rating exceeding 10,000 pounds. Pricing for medium duty vehicles (vehicles between 10,000-26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight Rating and trucks with dual rear wheels) is $274.99 for the first 10 miles and $9.50 per mile for each additional mile. Service is unavailable for all other vehicles.

Towing and additional expenses may be required if the vehicle's spare is unusable, lug nuts cannot be removed, or the vehicle has multiple flat tires. Service is not available for motorcycles. 3Service includes a battery jumpstart to an eligible vehicle. Motorcycles are not eligible for jumpstart services. If vehicle will not start after jumpstart attempt, towing and additional expenses may be required. 4Includes delivery of an emergency fuel supply (up to 2 gallons). 5Service is intended to provide vehicle owner or authorized driver with entry as quickly as possible when locked out. Towing and additional expenses may be required in cases where vehicle cannot be unlocked within a reasonable period and/or without risking damage to the vehicle. - Additional miles are charged on a per-mile basis: $7.50/mile over 10 miles for light-duty, $9.50/mile for medium-duty.
